This tool follows the principle of old professional models. Thanks to its double airy mesh screw, it effortlessly expands a hat that is too tight. It also maintains a beautiful shape and can offer up to 1 cm of extension to your hat.

Made from sturdy and durable wood, this expander is an essential accessory for any hat enthusiast. Composed of 4 wooden parts, it is suitable for classic hats as well as caps or special models.

Instructions:

1. Lightly spray water on the inner band (grosgrain) of the hat, as well as on the outside.
2. Allow the hat to moisten for a few minutes.
3. Insert the rounded part of the expander downwards inside the hat.
4. Position it correctly, then turn the screw to start the expansion.
5. Let it rest for a while without excessive force, to avoid damaging the hat.
6. Repeat the process until the desired fit is achieved.
